Today’s wacky invention is perfect for our two recent posts on uses for used human hair. In 1997 Vladimir Andrew and Roger Himber patented Method of collecting hair clippings during a haircut.

From the graphics accompanying the patent, it appears to be a sheet similar to the one that you normally wear in a barbershop, but this one is covered in some kind of adhesive material, so that at the end of the cut you look like a gorilla instead of just standing on a pile of shorn hair.
